FOR NON-CUSTOMIZED ORDERS:
For orders that are not customized, please contact us within 14 days of item delivery.
Send an email to help@mygrinders.com and include the following:
1. Your order #
2. Your reason for return/exchange
3. Whether you want a refund or an exchange (item of equal or lesser value)
Please note the following:
- Unless the item was defective, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. We can offer a prepaid label for you to print or you may use our own courier of choice.
- If returning with your courier of choice, we highly recommend obtaining a tracking number, as we are not responsible for returning items that are lost, stolen, arrive damaged or in a condition different than previously disclosed.
- We do not have a restocking fee.
- Refund will be issued to original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 business day processing time
- Unsolicited returns will not be processed.

Custom orders are a final sale unless we have made an error.
We take every precaution to create perfect customizations. Because every custom item is made to order with your unique requests, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Exceptions to this are if we have made a mistake during production or if the item itself is defective.
